  1. Chop the carrots, celery, onion, garlic and potatoes.

  6. Add the tilapia fillets to the mixture and fry for a few minutes on each side. It must be on medium to low heat so that it is not completely cooked or overcooked.
  7. Add the shrimp to the mixture and cook for a few minutes on each side until they turn slightly pink.
  8. Now add corn, potatoes, peas, gravy, dry herbs, paprika, ground red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. This fish will start to break down, which is great!
  9. Partially cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to keep everything from sticking to the bottom. You may need to add corn/potato water to dilute it a bit. You want it to not stick together and burst, but also not so thin that it loses its foil-like texture. If you can't resist a good biscuit garnish, go for it! But it doesn't have to be delicious. :)
