- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
Directions for making real slow cauliflower curry rice (keto)
- First cook all the above ingredients except for onions and garlic cooked with ginger. Allow to cool and keep.
- Heat a little honey in a saucepan, fry the onions until softened, add ginger and garlic, cook until soft and leave to cool.
- When cooking, first grind 1 tablespoon of dry ingredients and then add the fried onions, 1 tablespoon of chopped tamarind flour and a little water and mix until smooth.
- Heat a deep frying pan, add cabbage and fry potatoes for 30 seconds, add onions and curry leaves and fry until golden brown.
- Add the chicken pieces to the prepared masala puree and mix well. Add water until chicken looks dipped.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the lid and grease it with salt.
- Cook for another 40-50 minutes. If you want broth, cook it for a long time.
