  1. For aloo bhaji-Heat a pan add 2tsp desi ghee,1tsp cumin seeds,pinch of hing
  2. Then add masalas mix it well after that add finely chopped tomatoes
  3. Close the lid cook for a while
  4. After that add hand slightly mashed potatoes and dried kasuri methi.....mix it and cook for while in a meduim low flame
  5. Then add water make a boil close the lid and cook for more min
  6. Its ready
  7. For puri- take a paraat add 2cup wheat flour,semolina,ghee,salt as per taste
  8. Some dried kasuri methi mix it well and make a tight dough and set for 10min
  9. Then make a small puris with the rolling pin
