- 2 butter spoons
- 2 cloves of garlic (cubed)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup very dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 drop of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of Parmesan cheese

- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring until softened.
- Add plenty of dry sherry and chicken broth. Boil. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink.
