As for the chef, it should be noted that they all start somewhere. I don't know anyone who wants to go with a wooden spoon. Being a successful chef takes a lot of learning and you can obviously improve. Not only do you have to start with the basics of cooking, but if you learn to cook fresh food like Chinese, Chinese, Thai or Indian food, you have to start over.
Preparing healthy meals is often difficult because most people don't want to waste time planning and preparing meals that our families don't eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthy, so we feel pressured (and, unfortunately, in some cases disrespected) to learn better and new ways to prepare healthy family meals.
When it comes to cooking, another tip is to use simpler recipes for a while and expand your understanding for more complex recipes. Most recipes will have little notes about the level of difficulty, plus you can flip through the recipe to make sure you're thinking of doing it or can do it. Remember that Rome was not built in a day, and you need the opportunity to develop a reliable "repertoire" to prepare your next meal plan.
