  2. Cook the rice at 80% and reserve.
  3. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan and lightly sauté. Add the garam masala, bay leaf and soy sauce and continue mixing. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Add the prawns and the egg and mix well. At this point, add the rice and mix so that it does not break. Cover lightly and serve with your favorite curry.
