There are so many factors that go into the taste of a good keto bagel, from the types of ingredients to the choice of fresh vegetables, how they are prepared and how the dishes are cut. - 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Any hand oil
- Whisk 1 large egg with 1 tablespoon of water to remove the beeswax.

Keto Packet Instructions
- Pour 50 ml of boiling water over 3125 g of agar-agar (1/8 tsp) (or 1/2 tsp of beef gelatin in boiling water) and let cool. Set the oven to 400f.
- While cooking, add yeast, coconut sugar and hot water to a small bowl. Hold for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup almond flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint powder, and 2 teaspoons baking soda and set aside.
- In a microwaveable bowl, heat 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and 1 oz cream cheese for 60 seconds. Stir for 20 seconds until the cheese is completely melted and return to the microwave.
- Add the yeast mixture and melted gelatin to the cheese, then fold in the beaten egg. Mix the almond flour mixture until a dough forms.
- Lubricate your hands with oil and knead the dough several times until it becomes a ball. Divide the ball into six pieces.
- Twist each part into a thread and tie the ends together to make a bag. The center hole should be 1 1/2 inches in diameter (near the tip of my little finger above my knee).
- Arrange the bags on the prepared baking sheet. Brush lightly with egg white and sprinkle seasoning on each bag. Bake for 11-14 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
